4 weeks
Three-Month Internship
For students who have completed at least two practical modules. Join real projects, mainly on weekends, build experience and earn a reference letter. This placement is unpaid.
One-Year Apprenticeship
Complete one month of in-house foundation training, then gain experience on live projects with ongoing guidance. A certificate is provided at graduation.

Floral Design & Installation
Learn flower handling, arrangement, mechanics and installation methods.
Balloon Design & Installation
Learn balloon sizing, colour selection, organic garlands and safe installation.
Backdrop Design & Installation
Learn backdrop structure, layering, styling and safe setup.
The Business of Event Design
Learn pricing, client communication, proposals and basic business management.
Complete all four modules for GHS 3,500.
Practical instruction
Learn how event setups are completed.
You will learn how to adjust a design when materials change, work efficiently, install backdrops safely and price your work.
Sessions include practical work based on real event requirements.
